I would rather judge each on his own individually instead of categorizing a man's penis beauty on whether or not he is cut or not.
As I said, if you surveyed all American women and they answered honestly, I don't believe that the majority would share your point of view. You are most likely right when you say "American" women. Most American women don't really know any different. But I guarantee you stop the practice of infant circumcision today and in 50 years American women would be hot for the uncut guys. They wouldn't know any different!
