That you mentioned reminded me of an episode of a popular sitcom here. Someone was trying to learn some villager's accent and slangs, and the person helping him told him about "reversed verbs". When he asked what they are, the villager told him "It would be nice to have you for dinner!" can have an opposite meaning as "Why don't you get the hell out of my house?!". It depends on the tone of voice.
