I have more "events" than specific time periods I'd like to return to.

1. I would have loved to seen Lincoln's Gettysburg address, and get the feel of the times. Although, don't know if I'd wanna stay in those times. I'd just like to see Lincoln.

2, Generally, something is neat and glamorous about the 40's. I liked the fashion back then.

and the following actually are in my lifetime, but I would still like to go back:

3. I would have liked to been a teenager in the 50's. Although I was born, and have memory of it, I was young when Rock & Roll hit the scene but my interest in it started when I was young. I remember the controversy somewhat, but wow!! Rock & Roll was brand new and to be a teen then just seems cool!! And they said it wouldn't last.

4. Nov. 22, 1963- I would have liked to have been either in the Texas Book Depository or the grassy knoll.

I'm sure there are more, but this is what comes to mind right now.
