What in the hell does this have to do with the topic at hand?

I saw it this weekend...it was pretty much the same thing as the original only with better special effects. The father could not carry Gregory Peck's lunch box, so that was a disappointment. Nice turn by Mia Farrow (Rosemary's Baby) as the evil nanny.

Overall I'd say see the original, and if you weant to see this one wait for the DVD.

What two actors play the parents? Are they 'big names'?

I think it was wise to cast two very well known actors such as Lee Remick & Gregory Peck in the original.

Yeah.. it was Julia Stiles and Liev Schreiber.. they're not really BIG names.. but they're relatively famous.. I always think '10 Things I Hate About You' when i think of Julia... and 'Scream' when I think of Liev.

For a man that has an avatar of one of the harshest men I've heard of associated with the Mob(which is saying something), you really acted quite hurt when I called you a tool....man. *BING!*

If you get punched in a fight, does a man like you simply then run away to Mommy? Of course not. You take it like a man and keep fighting to the end. After being hit, instead of crying, you fucking hit back, hopefully with more pain brought to your opponent.

In fact, I've got a great alternative avatar you could use Iceman:

Anyway, hoped you liked the remake.

Really folks, whats the last great American-made horror movie? Its okay, take your time. Because I'm having to do major research on this shit...

[/b][/quote]What is your fucking problem with me all of a sudden? I don't appreciatte being called a tool. I'm very capable of making up my own mind about something be it music, or movies. If I was a tool as you claim then I'd stay away from this remake cause you said so.

But no I choose to see it(whenever I have the time since I'm working a lot lately) and will make up my own mind about it later. God forbid I should actually do that.

Now as for that alternative avatar, I say stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
