I took it as this is here and now. This is reality. Stash/Stan always is screwing around and doesn't take anything seriously. Michael on the other hand takes life, and especially deer hunting VERY seriously. I think it was his way of telling Stash that he won't put up with anymore B.S. up in the mountains.
