The movie is ABOUT Untouchable Elliot Ness, NOT Scarface Al Capone. So saying less Ness, more Capone, Less Costner, mre DeNiro is kind of an oxymoron. Costner ruined the film? He was the star.

I particularly liked "I want him dead, i want his house burned to the ground, i want to go there in the middle of the night and piss in its ashes."
