Scarface(1932) is pretty good. I would have to say Mean Streets(1973) and New Jack City(1991) are both pretty good in my eyes. You have to see Reservoir Dogs though...

Tony Montana

First rule of Fight Club, you do not talk about Fight Club. Second rule of Fight Club, you DO NOT talk about Fight Club. Third rule of Fight Club, when someone say "stop" or goes limp, the fight is over. Fourth rule of Fight Club, only two guys to a fight. Fifth rule of Fight Club, one fight at a time. Sixth rule of Fight Club, no shirt, no shoes. Seventh rule of Fight Club, fights go on as long as they have to. Eighth and final rule of Fight Club if this is your first night at Fight Club you have to fight.

"A Bronx Tale" definitely needs to be on your list.

I don't have HBO, but I rented Soprano's Season 1 and bought season 2 on DVD, and I must say that that show is the most addictive thing I've ever seen. I had to make myself watch only the first seven episodes of Season 2 so I could watch the last six the next day. And the next day when I finshed them all, I really wanted to just watch them all over again. In my honest opinion, it is the greatest show to ever be on television and if I was asked right now whether I prefer it to The Godfather, the answer would be no, but it would come in a very close second.

I'm with Tony Montana on Scarface ('32) and Mean Streets (stupendous performances by DeNiro and Keitel). For older gangster films, try the two Edward G. Robinson classics: Little Caeser and Key Largo. And don't miss the great Cagney in White Heat.

In The Bushes In Your Front Ya...
There is NO DOUBT that every person who visits this Web site either CRAVES the new season of OZ on HBO or would certainly accept it as a compulsion after seeing it once. In my opinion, it is one of the greatest series ever created. Even better than Mr. Belvedere, Webster and Falcon's Crest. OZ's new season begins Sunday, January 8 at 10:00 p.m....weekly encore is the Wednesday evening following, at 11:00 p.m.

I agree with DonAlx, Donnie Brasco was fantastic. I suggest Serpico, Pulp Fiction, Goodfellas and Reservoir Dogs as well. For non mob related movies try viewing Blow, The Matrix, Fight Club and Forrest Gump.
