ok sorry guys i never posted the answer to my question. anyways the answer was sandy to henry. it's towards the end of the movie that one day where he's such a rush and he gets the coke and has to go to sandy's to mix it and he's in a rush to leave and she's like you got some place better to be?

i thought the "we're gonna back a cake here" quote was one of the narcs to the other narcs when henry gets busted and they bring in all this stuff with white powder on it as evidence from sandy's house.
