Al Pacino was born in 25 April 1940, and Robert DeNiro was in 17 August 1943, so yes, 3 years the seniour. And Heat is a brilliant movie, truly brilliant. I loved the coffee shope scene! It may not mean much but here is the IMDb page on DeNiro and here is the IMDb page on Pacino. Both are my 1st and 2nd fav actors (DeNiro I like a LITTLE more).

Godfather 2 of course had both, but as everybody knows, they were never in the same scene
