I bought Gangster. I looked at the back. Some guy said,"Carcatera knows the Mafia inside and out", or something like that.
So I read it. There was absolutely no reference to anything Mafia like. Carcatera just wrote about two street punks. The ending was so obvious, and there are sooo many errors. I'll give it 1/5
