is the joe bonanno book a man of honor any good?

It's definitely worth reading. You have to keep in mind that all autobiographies are self-serving, and this one is particularly so. Bonanno never admits to any wrongdoing himself. But he gives good accounts about other Dons and events. He's particularly good about the famous Castellemmarese War.

Thats the understatement of the year. In spite of that, I agree with Turnbull that this book is a must-read for anyone interested in the Mob.
