DeNiro was the priest and Duvall was the detective. Duvall's greatest performance, IMO. That's saying a ton, given Duvall's matchless record of great performances. But the rest of the cast gives 150 percent: Charles Durning, Rose Gregorio, Ken McMillan--all brilliant.
