I have a female as supervisor. She is in charge of a rather large retail store. This store generates many millions of dollars in revenue annually. Most of the time she is competent, however she succumbs to the usual stressful situtations with the same reaction: panic, insulting, asking for solutions rather than taking charge, crying (this occurs in private, but red eyes are difficult to hide),pouting and finally leaving the premises. Mafia Boss? I don't think so.
