I've been looking online for a place in the UK that sells that book for months and have been unsuccsessfull until about 4 days ago I found it at
http://www.waterstones.co.uk or .com etc. It's about 20 sods and I definately think i'm going to get it
I suppose I could check out a library but I havn't been in one of those for years.
