Actually, I loved this part in the book, when the Don and his sons visited Genco in the hospital. The doctors looked upon these men as somewhat backwards, but recognized the simple truths of Don Vito's "speech" about how they (Genco's friends) would take care of Genco now that he was beyond the doctor's skills.
