I'm no fan of the RICO act. I have a hard time believing that the Fed can say who can and cannot associate with each other. In my mind I have to think it sets a very dangerous precedent, and can easily find itself in a slippery slope. While today everyone is fine with keeping criminals apart, when does it extend to merely distasteful members of society. Look at how anti tobacco laws have spiraled now to include in California a sin tax on so called unhealthy food. NEVER, trust the Fed to judge for you what is right and wrong.....after all for the "public good" the drug war has put thousands of non violent people behind bars and wasted billions to outlaw marijuana while the killer tobacco is taxed and regulated.
Ok, I rambled a little bit...time to end this.
