I recommend Killer - Autobiography of a Hit Man for the Mafia by Joey. His name isn't Joey (for his protection obviously). He is a real hit man who has worked for Meyer Lansky, Frank Costello and Jack Dragna. After reading this book I realized how realistic Goodfellas was (closest thing to learn about the real mafia).
