Yesterday's NEW YORK POST reports that Ralph "Ralphie O" Guarino, a soldier in New Jersey's DeCavalcante family, secretly turned government informer, and supplied members of the family with free, bootleg cell phones, which he told the mobsters would cost them nothing to use.

But the phones were supplied by the FBI, and came complete with wiretaps already installed. The mobsters swallowed the story, and "spent months happily blabbing on the phones about 'family business', alll the while incriminating themselves to the feds."

You can't make up stuff like this.
