A. Ralph "Bottles" Capone supervised the operation of several soft drink bottling plants.
Q. On the night of his murder, what would be the answer if you had asked Sam Giancana, "What's cookin'?"

A. If you're referring to the incident that led to the "M&M Murders," and depending on what the source of your information is, it was either Tony Spilotro or "Mad Sam" DeStefano that put Billy McCarthy's head in a vise in order to extract information from him. Turnbull...some stories have Glick first approaching Frank Balistrieri from Milwaukee, but probably through Dorfman. Q. In Chicago, he's a funny guy. Funny how? Funny like a clown. Who's known as "The Clown?" I'm certain it's for his sense of humor... tony b.

A. Frank Costello (I think you asked, and I answered, this same question a couple of months ago!)
Q. His suburban Chicago home was burglarized while he vacationed in Palm Springs.
