A. Mae Coughlin(although the spelling may not be correct) If I'm not correct she was 2 years older than Al as well. But that's not really needed here.

Q. This man was said to have more brains for breakfast, than Al Capone had all day. (if that's been asked before then my apologies, I haven't been reading this thread for awhile)

Allen Glick, who was not a mobster, first approached Alan Dorfman of the Teamsters' Central States Pension Fund about a $62M loan so that his Argent Corp. could buy (not build) the Fremont and Stardust Hotels. He also was a pal of Frank (Lefty) Rosenthal, the gambling handicapper who ran the casino at the Stardust (and skimmed for the Mob); and Anthony (the Ant) Spilotro, who ran rackets in Vegas and murdered for the Mob.
Q. Which Mob lawyer became Mayor of Vegas?

A. If you're referring to the incident that led to the "M&M Murders," and depending on what the source of your information is, it was either Tony Spilotro or "Mad Sam" DeStefano that put Billy McCarthy's head in a vise in order to extract information from him.

Turnbull...some stories have Glick first approaching Frank Balistrieri from Milwaukee, but probably through Dorfman.

Q. In Chicago, he's a funny guy. Funny how? Funny like a clown. Who's known as "The Clown?" I'm certain it's for his sense of humor...

I just know they were Lansky's people... I don't know their names, though, but I think they were Jewish names. Also that the murder took place in his Hollywood bungalow.

It's been a while with no response; maybe a new question is in order, TB.
