Don Andrew has not said that there would NO longer be any deaths without mobsters. What Don Andrew is pointing out is that everytime a mobster dies or goes to prison, that there will be LESS deaths as a result of underworld and illegal mob activities.

Don't you realize that Mob bosses, through their family businesses and underworld activities, affect the average citizen on a daily basis? Don't you realize that becasue of an order from a mob boss it is very easy for an innocent bystander or an honest person to die?
