The chances of it NOT succeeding are higher. On top of that, there is simply no need for a GFIV. The story of the Corleone Family ended with the death of Michael. How it fared under the leadership of his nephew, the bastard son of his quick-tempered brother who proved to be an inept Don in the first place..is inconsequential.

He is apparently not willing, and has said so for several years since the death of
Mario Puzo.
It is OVER !!! The magic, the legend is contained in the novel, and the movies GF and GFII ... and that should be respected.
