For what it's worth, the TV Guide Companion to The Sopranos (which is by no means the inerrant, infallible truth), stated Irina would be seen again this season "in a totally different light," so I'm guessin' that rules her out anyway (thank God...I was tired of her after season 1). Danielle is a good possibility, and a bag of bobcats for Tony. I just hope he's thinking with the right head, if you know what I mean!
