I was going back and forth between Persico and Joe Colombo. I knew they were both involved with the film (indirectly), so my answer came down to guessing.
As for your's, I know that Hotel El Embajador was Roth's Hotel Capri and Casino, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the hotel Mike stayed in. I'll leave the question open until I know whether or not my answer is right.
