I'm not exactly sure how I caused it, but the Cubans like me and the Haitians hate me in VC. I think I did one too many Cuban missions.

I think ive beat GTA VC about 3 times and every time the cubans do nothing to me but the Haitians always try to blast me. I think that's how the game just ends out for everyone. Does anyone else get along with the Haitians in the end?

Once you finsish the Haitian missions, they hate you. I don't think it's possible to avoid that, unless you don't do their missions.
