Ok here is why I am a fanatic. I humm the song all the time. Im thinking about getting a godfather tatoo. I seen part 1 40 times part 2 30 and part 3 10 time. And when people say they havent seen the godfather i call them a looser.

Try the fact that I am spending $4000 this summer to do study abroad in Italy. I tell everyone it is for my education as a history major when in reality I have been obsessed with the Godfather since I was in middle school and have dreamed of Sicily ever since.

I think a fanatic has something to do with us being on a godfather site thinking about why we are a godfather fanatic.

I put "You know every charcter by name." However, even though I know there a a few I don't know, and I do sometimes randomly hum some of the music; and of course every time I decide to watch it, I'm anxious to put it in the DVD player. I don't know if I'm a fanatic, but I guess so. This is the "only" movie that I've been interested in enough to look up websites for and find a place to post regularly, and know that everyone here thinks it's all "normal" Either we're all fanatics or everyone else is the oddball. The only thing is that people like me and DC tend to get every character RIGHT all of the time. TIS seems to have some LEFT out I would also add that "you know how they interact with the story" what I mean is it's one thing to know WHO paulie is but it's another thing to know what he does etc...

When u have the Theme song as ur ringer on ur cell phone! I have a few people that have it as the set ringer that sounds when I call them And they did it on their own! Mignon, you can download them...I'm not sure how, as my cell phone is a dinosaur and I have yet to learn how to download new rings.

That would be coool to get a godfather one tho My dad has thunderbirds

I guess what makes me a Godfather fanatic is that I can sit and watch the GFI and GFII over and over again one after the other--of course, not all in one sitting! But, I'll leave the VHS (sorry guys, still don't have that DVD!) tape in the machine and when I sit down to relax, I'll just turn it on where I left off. Sometimes, I even rewind it to start it over again.
I also hum the theme song all the time! It's weird too, because I find myself thinking at times things like, "I wonder how Vito met his wife," "I wonder where they got married," and little details like that. I love thinking about all the little details that were not in the movie or the book.
