That's it. I'm in.

You should edit the "8880" out of the link. Using your link as is gets you to a page that tells you you're not registered. Then you have to go back to the home page.

Pick one winner per week - can't pick them more than once - correct ?

If so I am in - but is this against real football teams or a video or video like game? :p

And what is the Pigskin game about? Is that where you pick the winners of all games each week and you get points through the year?

Ok, as expected, I am ALL in

JG - I hate to beat a dead Khartoum , but you owe me a poster from last year from our bet. :p

)

JG - could we do like they do at Chuckie Cheese? If I win, I will trade up to something else. I can maybe trade the poster in for a weekend at the Bellagio??

Sorry but I am sure that you will have to beat more then a dead Khartoum for him to move you up to a weekend at Bellagio.

There must be six hundred spots between that first poster and a weekend. Like the carnival tricks.

By the way I heard the poster he is sending is of no other then Waldo for your bedroom wall!

Lemme know when. I'll come out to collect my dinners. Picasso was OK, but I prefer Le Cirque.

Ok, plaw. But I will have to make a quick stop to where the Douchman Sicilia is on the way to Vegas. We bet on Sunday's Bears/Niners game. Since we are both collectors - he of caps, me of shotglasses - loser buys the other one an item with the opposing team logo on it. It will be great as I have no Chicago team shotglass in my collection

Then I have my bet with you. The double or nothing dinner after baseball. I should've taken my prize when I had the chance last year

Then another bet plaw, right? On this game. Dinner? You are gonna make me fat!

I side bet Big Daddy that I would kiss his feet if he managed to pass me in baseball. He must not want it very bad as we made that bet about a month ago. :p Of course, logistics play a part...his feet won't reach all the way over here.

I think that is all I put out there so far....I play Bethie in Week One. She is trying to dump her injured peeps. Like taking candy from a baby. But don't tell her I said that

I'm trying to unload my sick puppy. Hey, Doucheman, if you're here I've got a guy with a sprained ankle. He should go well with Michael Vick. :p

Sure Bethie. But you gotta make sure that you pick up Chad Pennington first. I won't accept any deal without Pennington included, and oh yea, James Stewart as well! :p

Plaw and Buffy (and anyone else who joins up today) -- be sure to make your Week 1 pick before TONIGHT's deadline (Midnight PT)

You have to pick the day before the first game?

I have not joined yet - so sounds like I need to join and pick by tonight? Do you have to make all the picks or just the one for tomorrow?

That's a lot of work, I might not play this next year. :p

EDIT: Ignore that, this is the survival one.

What about the Pigskin do you need to make all the picks tonight do you know?

You pick ONE team for the week, to win. The deadline is the night before the first game (midnight PT).

PS Who's playing as "Marcus Allen HOF- 2003" ?

PPS All these games going on at once, gives me a headache. I may not play next year.

Wrong thread Pigskin Pick'em says "Picks lock at the first game on Sunday" -- and I don't remember if that was true when there was a Thursday game or not last year. To be safe, I'd make them before the Thursday game. You can also go back and edit the Sun/Mon games if you're allowed to.

I'm in this to win it! My name is "favreulous04". I wanted to keep it safe the first week and picked Denver over Cincinnati. I'm not sure about my Packers this week, but I'm going with the almost sure thing for now.

What a bunch of wussies. Everyone taking the easy pick of Miami (well all but two of us). C'mon you gotta have a bit of guts in this to make the easy pick first. If Houston upsets, this game is down to two at best.

I picked Carolina - and if Jacksonville wins, then I can say I was simply too involved with the other fantasy sports at this time to make a clear judgement call. :p

Wussies? Bite me. :p

This Game is hard in Week 1 when you haven't even seen the teams play! Plus have you seen Miami's schedule? This pick was a good one. Majority says so!

Thank GOODNESS you didn't start THIS game 10 days late! Keep talking smack, Big Daddy

Well truth be told I was a bit of a Wussy. My original pick was Dallas over Atlanta. I really thought that was a solid pick - Billy P. would have the team ready, they play solid defense, they are at home - Atlanta is still coming together under a new QB - all that plus Dallas basically sucks so it take a bad team out of the running, leaving me stronger picks later in the year. But I got scared so went with Carolina, who I still think will win.

If Dallas wins and Carolina loses, I not playing this next year.

I would be more happy that Denver won had the Packers not stunk it up today! Favre had a rough game. Although, they almost came back from a big a deficit. I'm definetly going to pick the Pack next week cuz Favre doesn't lose back-to-back at Lambeau.
