Wow, plawrence - the Nets are ahead of the trilogy. That is a true fan. Are you happy that the Sixers took the "next larry Bird" off your hands, or are you a Van Horn fan?
Let's get all this straight, guys. I'M the one who said Van Horn was supposed to be the next Larry bird. Yeah, I liked him at first, but he can't play defense, and his inside game disappeared after his rookie year. Still, my Nets would not have gotten as far in the playoffs as they did without him, and I didn't like the trade until they signed Rodney Rogers, which in effect made it Van Horn & McCullough for Mutombo & Rogers. That deal I like.

As far as the Nets depth goes, who has a better second unit than Rogers, Aaron Williams, Jason Collins, Lucious Harris, and Chris Childs? Plus their second round draft pick, Tamar Slay from Marshall, can really play - at least from what I saw in the exhibition games.

And finally, to you Don Corpuzzi: I'll see you at the Continental Airlines Arena, Rutherford, New Jersey, for game 7 of the NBA finals (if the Lakers even make the finals or make it to game 7 if they do) to watch the Lakers fall to my NEW JERSEY NETS !! :p :p
