I just had one of the strangest moments of my life. I'm watching the Braves game, and there's a left fielder for the Marlins, Jeff Conine!! Umm...wasn't he an Oriole? And then their relief pitcher is Rick Helling. Hello!! When did all this freakin happen? I know, it might help if I watched an Oriole game every now and then. But I figure I get enough torture in my day. I felt like I'd been in a coma for awhile and just got out and the whole world changed and I don't know when it happened.

I am in a Fantasy Baseball League, and last night you were
my starting pitcher.

I won the first half of the season, and although I am probably
too far behind to win the second half, I am still in the lead
for total overall points, which, after all, is what really counts.

My lead had shrunk to under 50 points, but the 30 points you got
me last night really helped to put some distance between myself
and the guy chasing me.
