I spent most of my money on my strikers Henry, Van Nistrooy and Sheringham which didn't leave me much for the rest of the team but they seem to be doing alright.

I play Hattrick. Its a bit different from those others since its totally fantasy with fantasy players and such.

By the way, the American Independance is a huge thing, it's a great peice of history and deserves to be celebrated yearly by the American people. We can't do anything but respect that. But why would any person be sulking, wishing 1776 didn't happen? That's over two hundred years ago. We don't care. We had to give up half of our Empire in the last hundred years - I don't care about it. I don't even care about the Falklands conflicts (although we didn't lose that one) and that was in my lifetime. You can't live off past victories. Do you think the Patriots are still showing off about their superbowl ring?

Mick and Turi, I did not meen those comments as an insult towards England, just Dean Cahill because of his post about LBG's tagline. I am sorry if I offended YOU. Well, I'm not saying that it sucks. I just don't enjoy it, that's all. There are a billion other people (probably more) that will say otherwise. But in the U.S. there are just too many other sports going on for us to find time to enjoy soccer as well.

We are also spoilt for choice with Cricket, Rugby, Bowls etc

Mate, the same happened at half time, too! But I actually think the Half time one was in, but Steve Lodge didn't allow it. The final one was definitely not in in time! Did you see Beardo? How unfit is he!? He didn't even move!

Did you see Mark Walters' goal where he had a one and one with the last defender and McCoist ran like mad to decoy the defender, and Walters placed it into the bottom net? That was the best goal of the day.
