I consulted with my contacts in Vegas. Here are the odds for our league:
MaryCas, 4-1: Has demonstrated the greatest interest in college basketball so far this season. Also won the Pro pick 'em league. Don Sicilia, 9-2: He organized the league, so maybe he knows something plawrence, 5-1: Has a good fantasy history, but college BB is not his strongest game J Geoff, 6-1: Would probably rate him lower, but you gotta give the Don some respect badguytony, 7-1: Seems to know a little, could be dangerous. But that's what I said about him in our Pro game. Don Marco, 9-1: No fantasy history to go by. Only rated this high because of his age Partagas, 10-1: No fantasy history either. He's from Missouri, he's gotta show me. Besides, I don't trust Boy Scouts Ragging Bull, 12-1: Youth and inexperience could work against him. But I have a feeling he knows his sports. We'll see. Pizzo Entry, 15-1: I have no idea Spike, 20-1: Doesn't follow the college game at all. Made his picks with a dart board. Fathersson, 25-1: Quitters never win CrabCakes, 50-1: She's a chick. What can she know?

Bethie, what can you expect from a guy like Pee-Lawrence. He is passed his prime. He would rather play with numbers then play with women. Then again ???? Some things are not working very good or not at all. He has trouble making and keeping friends ("crabby") and his contacts in Vegas are giving him bad information! No wonder they love him, so they can take his money! That is all OK, as we would rather party in the basement. We really don't need someone having a stroke down there and having to haul his ass up those stairs. By the way I understand Geoff was in a leather website looking for some new things! Bethie what have you two been keeping from US?

Here are the offficial odds from my off-shore sports book (The "+" number after the team's name indicates how much you win per $100 wagered):
Which team will win the 2004 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship? Duke +500 Stanford +370 Kentucky +350 St Josephs +1250 Mississippi St +1400 Connecticut +700 Oklahoma St +850 Gonzaga +1400 Texas +1700 NC State +2200 Pittsburgh +1200 Georgia Tech +2500 Cincinnati +4500 Maryland +3500 Wake Forest +2500 Kansas +4200 Illinois +7000 Syracuse +5000 Florida +6000 Providence +7000 North Carolina +1500 Vanderbilt +15000 Wisconsin +4000 Boston College +15000 Xavier +15000 DePaul +15000 Memphis +15000 Michigan St +5000 Seton Hall +15000 Alabama +7000 Texas Tech +15000 Washington +5000 Arizona +4000 Southern Illinois +15000 NC Charlotte +15000 Alabama Birmingham +15000 Louisville +5000 Dayton +15000 S Carolina +15000 Nevada +15000 Field (Everyone else) +7500
I made a small wager on Kentucky a couple of weeks ago, when they were 8-1. Now they're 7-2, so I got a good deal on that.
Today I made small wagers on St. Joe's, UConn, and Okla St.

[/b][/quote]Geoff you know, you don't have to work out by yourself anymore. Didn't you leave that kind of stuff back in the grade school years, before your voice changed and got deeper! Hell, even when you think you find a good lady for a workout partner, you better check out the place. After all some of those dorm beds just don't make the grade anymore. Maybe they have seen to many workouts or maybe it is just so many cutbacks by the university. Ever wondere why there are so many cinderblocks under dorm beds! And guys, let me tell you something. Take the girlfriend and do some sheet shopping. They will just love you that much more. Tell them you have to pick up some new ones for yourself and you need their help. Then let them show you all about the dam things. They will show so much interest and they will think you are the best guy around and I know for a fact that you will be breaking in those new sheets in no time flat. Ladies love a guy who shows some interest and that wants them to be involved! They will even come over and do the wash for you! By the way Geoff I have heard of the Fab 4- (Beatles) who the hell is the Fab five? Is that a Jersey thing?

Hell, No Martha is a hot item. Just pick up the papers! Ever notice how much she looks like a guy in some of those photos that they are using in the paper. She will be very popular where she is going! Oh, those guys. I have to say that I have seen them on TV shows, but I have never seen their show itself. Oh, so you trying to say that I'm gay hu! Well, I'm man enough not to worry about crap like that. People are people. Hey Bethie, how about some help, I think I need some new bed sheets!

What, no wine?
No choice between red and sparkling?
Beer goes with chicken wings and burgers. Fine dining calls for vino.

The first final is in, and it's an upset. Manhattan (12) beat Florida (5). Today is a gambler's dream. 12 hours of action.

One step closer: I have Manhattan to win it all (over Mississippi St) in one of my brackets. Besides Seton Hall, the other three are Stanford (2x) and Pittsburgh (over Stanford)...

If Manhattan or Seton Hall goes all the way, I would classify it as one of the greatest upsets in the history of all sports.
