This game is starting to get exciting & I'm already having fun. Updating my team daily will DEFINATELY be a chore the next couple of weeks with papers & finals coming up. Not to mention I'm going to New York Wednesday (and I hope I have computer access!). In case you're wondering, I'm going to the Yanks home opener on Thursday!

You know I am, DB!!! I try to limit myself to just watching 2 games at a time...any more and I cant get too much work done

Halladay should have played more (and better) than he did - but it is pretty much a moot point when all the people close in points had him.

MC really missed an opportunity to think outside this box the rest of us were in and gain some ground. But then I fall apart the closer the weekends get, so missed opportunities be damned!

DB, have you noticed the lineup for the Brewers?

It is the Arizona Diamondbacks Redoux!!!!! Too weird.

The Marlins were in town yesterday playing the Albuquerque Isotopes. I was given tickets (they were 50 bucks a piece! ) but it was raining cats and dogs. Figures. The day Major League baseball AND the trophy come to town, we have record rainfall. Saw Dontrelle (remember him from ESPN Zone last year DB?) and a few others and went home. It was freeeezing rain. I'm a wuss.

I can honestly say I am a fair weathered fan (or at least an above 40 degree fan).

I'd stand out in the rain for the Dodgers or the Cubbies. Or Eric. That is it. :p

Yep, I remember Dontrelle. I remember that I either wanted to shake his hand or beat him with the closest air hockey paddle.

Obviously, that was after the Cubbies lost Game 6. Ugghhh.

Isotopes. What a STUPID team name. We used to be the Dukes - farm team for the Dodgers. Now THERE was a team. Isotopes. You should see our logo - like an atom. YES HOUSTON LOST TONIGHT! I'm sorry but I'll be happy all season long whenever Boston & Houston loss. I knew Dotel wouldn't bail them out! He gave up 3 runs in the 8th & 1 in the 9th. Houston may have Petitte & Clemens but there bullpen is gonna loss them a lot of games! YES!!
