Well, missed another one. I told you I couldn't play everyday. (Whine-warning). And now I'm going away until Saturday night. 4 days of golf in Ocean City Md. I just picked a team of Det-Fla. to last through the weekend. Pl, can you double my score by Sunday?? Give it your best.

I, for one, am certainly happy to see that. Hopefully, it will keep him interested. And I'm anxious to see what happens to his "playing-for-fun-not-to-win" philosophy if he's really doing well.

Have fun on the links, MC. Hope the weather holds up for you. As long as your picks are playing every day, you can't get hurt too badly, unless your pitching gets totally bombed.

Holy Smoke, what did they do with real Pee.

Don't worry Pee, my philosophy is still the same. Don't let Fantasy games get in the way of a full happy life. Eat your heart out, that I can play and have fun and not be stressed out by a game.
No excuse, just the facts. I know deep down that my good nights are eating at you. Making you want to bust my chops even more

GOOD for you MaryCas. Go for the links. This game will still be here when you return. So what if you miss a day. Your life will not change for the worst because you skip a day. You will remember that golf outing a hell of a lot longer then what your score was for fantasy baseball this weekend. What I can't believe is Pee saying that it is alright. You will never win without that win at all cost drive.

Come on Pee, You are ahead in the points, you know that everyone else who is playing will slip up a few times and take off for a summer vacation or a nice weekend with their friends or family. That is why you do so well on these long games and the rest of us do will on the short ones. Lighten up and enjoy the game. That is the whole idea of the game, to make baseball fun.

We know you are a great sports person. How about being a great guy and lighten up for your own good. Stress kills and if something were to happen to you DB would have no one to compete against.

Now, enough with the trash talk, on with the game!

(insert Pee's bitch about long post, spelling or grammer here ) Sorry....I am really laughing as I type this whole thing.

Come on Buffy. Life in the basement is a hoot. Go for it. Just like in Nascar. The top 10 cars that finish have to start on scuff tires, so people feel if they can't start first, then start 11th so they can have new tires. If you can't be in the stuffy penthouse enjoy life down in the basement. People have more fun down there. :p

Scrubs??? Hey even us scrubs have a good day once in a while.

It is off for lunch. Outback for lunch with "POPS"
as Pee would say. Best part is he picks up the tab. I just love them Blooming Onions.

Bethie is right. It is a whole lot more fun in the basement! The rent is cheaper too!

Rumor has it that Geoff's porn books are still hidden behind the sink!

DB 535 SD (-18) 3 538 Cubbies

MC 332 M's (00) 18 350 Marlins

Fla points calculated from box score.

2HR: Beltran, A Ramirez, Dye, Miles - no one

ChiSox gave up 4 in the Top of the 9th to Plaw's dismay (9-8 KC); Bottom of the 9th, 3 on 0 outs, Plaw gets excited about a probable win (to cut his loses to only -5, or better yet, extra innings to get back on the plus side); Tied it up, no outs! The ChiSox win! Plaw lucks out...

Baltimore/Boston & Cinci/Philly are rained out, but I'm too lazy to check everyone's rosters. I'm without Ortiz again, tho - yay.
