I love barbecue, BTW. You're upstate, right? My ex went to school in Oneonta, and they had this company that traveled around and set up a whole BBQ pit at carnivals and fairs, and did private catering also. The cooked the food and served it, and it was great. I forgot their name, though. Was that them?
