One would think, huh? If that were the case I WOULD HAVE seen what Brown could do for me yesterday.

Hard to believe, but I try to seperate hormones from fantasy sports.

But at this point, I am willing to try any strategy. Time to review butt pics????????

You take all that trash talk to heart. You mean you can dish it out but not take it? Come now, Do you think I let all those negative things you say about me effect my day. No way.

That is ok, I will be the guy you love to hate in this game. I know you need someone. Someone you think that you need to crush so you have the drive to play hard each day.

Wow... I actually have three offensive players playing in the afternoon game. I better keep track of it.

[Off-Topic Alert]

Well, it looks like my "cuz" is about to go tonight. She was out of her league last night - when she strays from the ballads, she's toast. The judges sure didn't sugar-coat their comments though. Made my cuz cry...

[Alert Over]

Getting back to business...

My players 0 for 3 in their first round of at bats...

She wouldn't have a problem with the cap, with that team. It would be the medical bills that would put her in the poor house!

True, true. I don't think that's why she cried though - the sympathy vote is just the weird after-taste.

True, those were REAL tears.

But then I cried tears the night they booted Jen before the red headed freak. :p

I'm beginning to shed tears every night I watch SportsCenter and see my PS team's scores highlighted. I've heard of being in a slump but this is RIDICULOUS! You watch. I am due. Someday. I'm gonna have some AWESOME nights! :p

Boy, in just one pitch K.C. goes from losing 3-2 to winning 4-3 just like that. *snaps fingers.

BTW..I'm rooting for you too, Buffy.

Let's see....

I have my very own fans rooting for me. Awwww.... Well, two of them....

AND...

I am alone in my pitching choice (surprise, surprise  )

Wonder if this is the lucky break I've needed.

In a few hours, time will tell... :p

We all know Russ Hodges' famous call...."The Giants win the pennant, The Giants win the pennant, The Giants win the pennant". To that we can now add, "Buffy gets a win, Buffy gets a win, Buffy gets a win!"

After the "Buffy gets a win" chant, we can now add, "Buffy missed a DH". Unless she just decided neither team was worthy of putting all her money on.

I was wondering how many people would catch the Baltimore/Chi Sox DH. Not many. I think FS just got lucky, cause everyone knows he doesn't pay that much attention to the game. :p

Not the stellar win I had hoped for, but a "W" just the same (sans negative points!) I'll take it.

Yes Bethie, I missed the DH  I just HAPPENED to have 9 players from the 4 teams playing in the DH's today. What a co-inki-dink!!

Chance of rain, rookie pitchers, heavy hitters, I can't say it was an easy choice for me to go with Bahston. Schilling screwed me once before and it was not an enjoyable experience.

SIDEBAR to DB: See? Crying = sympathy votes ...can you say L-U-C-K-Y-B-R-E-A-K???? My family is boycotting the show now, won't even watch the rest of the season. Let's all vote for Fantasia - the most annoying Idol ever. Wouldn't you just looove to see her Christmas album come out????

I predict Jasmine is now the new "Jon Stevens". Oh why, couldn't that bull dog face Fantasia go? If she wins, I'm not watching the show next year.

Well, well, Buffy still has DH offense. Yup, coink-ee-dee-kee. The pitching for those teams suck anyway. You're probably better off.

:D OK, so I relaxed a bit this week and only changed my PS each day. So what. It has been some great weather for May.

Sure, I had to change my team for the DH.

And you have to find someone to pick on this morning and Big Daddy is no long here.

SIDEBAR TO LD and CC: Yea, that was pretty bad. America just voted out the best singer in the competition. All these people voted to prove Simon wrong and now Jasmine will be subjected to the bile and hate that John Stevens got when he wore out his welcome, as Crabby said. Too bad.

BACK TO BIDNESS...

Great win last night Buffy! Other than the 'Zona game (friggin' AZ offense), I was watching for your game.

Alright, time to see who everyone picked from the DHs...

As far as Latoya being the best singer, I agree. But she has no stage presence. She's as boring as Reuben.

Thanks DB!!! I just got in (since we move a bit slower here in Mountain time....) and was prepared to go see who everyone picked. Thanks for saving me the work!! :p Now I know which of my players I REALLY want to root for!

Anti-Simon vote - indeed! Crying jags don't hurt either.

Wonder if I should try that to get what I want here? Although SC is always telling me (ala Jimmy Dugan) that there is "no cryin' in baseball". I need to pull out every trick I know at this point.

EDIT: Day games! woo! Love, love love it. Clearing off a space right now (for my feet) - too much to ask for my exclusive players to hit back to back homers with multiple RBI's EACH???
