I'd score the closer the exact same way I'd score a starter, with maybe 1 point for a save and -2 for a blown save. So a perect inning with one strikeout and the save would be worth 5 points. Seems about right, but then they would have to change the whole salary cap, which they should anyway.
Offensive Players: 2.0 to 8.5, average of 5.25 Starting Pitchers: 12.0 to 30.0, average of 21.00 Closer: 3.0 to 6.0, average of 4.5
Then I would simply increase the salary cap to 75, which would mean that typically you might spend 1/3 of your cap room on pitching, and get 1/3 of your points. Spend less or more, and figure on adjusting the percentages accordingly, just like what happens now.

Have you ever used TV internet? No mouse, so it's a real pain in the ass to do a team. A lot of what would be clicking has to be done by moving the cursor around with the arrow keys and then hitting enter. Takes forever.
