I KNEW you'd be like this!!!

C'mon...be optimistic. There is still a whole 'nother game. Maybe we can break even!

Someday I will have to make this all up to you.....

Yeah, "breaking even" has always been my goal in this game!

But you're right... in Game 2 the Pitts SP has a 6.66 ERA - that could help! (Altho, a SP with a 6.66 ERA may work well for the himself!! )

Morning all,
Double headers. You have to love them - SORRY: BUFFY

Looks like we all went in different directions today.

Everyone have a great holiday weekend. I plan on relaxing around the house and and playing with the puppy.

May catch a movie or two and of course get the grill going and watch the fireworks.
Everyone enjoy the day.

What? No mowing the lawn to enjoy the aroma of freshly cut grass? No hanging baskets for mom?

Sorry Pee, the lawn service was here yesterday. The baskets are all hung since May, but will get watered later. I do think I will drain and refill the hottub, change the filters and powerwash the decks. Srape the grill clean and then put the awnings down and put the cushions on the chairs out. That is after I fill the coolers with beverages and ice. That way it will be nice and cold after I'm done.

Weather here is nice and sunny and they say it will hit upper 80s today. NO rain in sight until Sunday night they say. It always seems to rain the night of July fourth here. Strange

Any plans Pee?

(Omitting the obvious "tour this" comment) I guess it'll have to do.

Meanwhile, getting back to business, 2HRs and 16 Pts. for Tony Clark after 3 ABs.

You bunch of wimps. It's just a snip snip here, and a snip snip there. Actually, he was ok after about 10 minutes. My niece on the other hand will need extensive therapy over the guilt she feels putting her baby through that pain. Ahhhh....first time mothers. She's got 18 years of guilt to go through yet.
