Talk of DB's bill always brings to mind that old Grammar Rock skit: "I'm just a bill. I am only a bill. And I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill". Poor little guy. You rooted for him when he became a law. It was one for "the good guys".

Of course, DB is probably too young to know what I'm talking about.
