My answer: Although I wouldn't go through the trouble, my answer is no, it is not unethical. It's there - it's a research tool just like any other.
I agree, of course, but just have the feeling that if we had wound up with the same team today, and I said that I picked the same team as you based on your T. Log from the previous day, I would have been in for a solid round of criticism.
