If, next week....

I beat Pat, and
DB beats JG, and
Turi beats RB, and
BD beats DJ, and
Buffy beats Freddy, then
regardless of who wins between The Devils and The Chicken Wings.......

We'll have 9 teams tied at 3-2

Scoring league? How else could I have made it? [/b][/quote]I should have said 'scoring friendly' league or something along those lines. Meaning the scoring setup in this league leads to higher scores than a lot of others so 15 points for a kicker is not that out of the question.

Hey how come I am below Buffy in the standings ? Same number of wins and points - plus I have a 2 game Winning streak. I bet it is cause she is a 'chick' - that is sexist and I demand the commissioner do something about it. Of course it could also be that alphabetically BuffySanFrantics comes before Da ShagWells - but there is no fun in bitchin about that. I might need to change my team name though. Maybe to A llways ShagsWell

Hump Day and no trash talk

Well I got JJ this week

He is no fun to talk 'smack' with so I'll concentrate only on my 'peeps'.

In 4th Place - Mr Fantasy Addict himself. My guess is by week 7 he'll be clicking his heels saying 'There's no Place like the Fantasy Baseball Game, There no Place like the Fantasy Baseball Game' because his team is going to go down faster than a cheap 'ho on dollar beer nights.

In 6th Place - Buffy, aka a 'chick'. More like a guy with curves but she is only in 6th place because of alphabetically rankings - I will fix that to my advantage later today. And with a whopping 15 moves in 4 weeks - what are you a Rookie ? Dang in leagues where you have to pay for a pickup you would be poor. Pitiful QBs her and PL can shack up together by week 10 and talk of baseball. :p

In 8th place - our esteemed and respected Commish - Da DoucheBag. Surely he is disappointed is his ranking - getting beaten by a bunch of kids and a 'chick'. See it is all because of that Ahman guy - as a Bears fan you CANNOT have a Packers players on your team, bad karma. I say trade him to the Thug in the game - it will bring you luck.

In 10th - DBB - Da Brit Boy. I think it is great that we have someone in London that is involved in this game. Brings a whole other culture and his insight and perspective in the game is something I personally look forward to everyday. Plus that fact that his teams sucks a$$ also makes him a welcomed addition. :p

And bringing up the rear - the guy that calls himself Pork. Hmm, Pork and bringing up the rear sounds scary. He is an O'fer as in 0 for 4. Douchebag told me in a PM that he guarantees - no wait, that he Guaran-DAMN-Tees a victory this week - gonna make him 0-5skins. That doesn't sound right. Told me he is gonna make Pork his bitch. I hope that was ok for me to mention DB, wasn't it ? :p

As you were 'Peeps'

You want trash talk, Wuss, here I am.

The only reason I'm 2-2 and not 3-1 is because I had a winning team on the bench. My mistake.

True, Da Brit beat me last week. He was lucky. I was stupid. I'll visit him soon.

By week 7, I expect to be 5-2.

Which week to I get to kick your wussy ass?

Should I call you PL or should I call you 'Whipped Boy' ? What, you can talk trash now because you are not at home with your GF? DB told me in a PM that you swore to your GF that once baseball was done and if you were lucky enough to remain overall points leader that you would not play any more fantasy sports at home. And for that she would allow you to continue to view your online porn at night and see her naked but not to touch. :p Oh hope you got some new room spray also.

From the "Moderator's Handbook":

It shall be the responsibility of the Sports Threads Moderator, as it applies specifically to those threads which involve fantasy sports, to, within the best of his ability, further, in any manner that he sees fit, what is commonly known as "trash talking", or, as the British call it, "stick".

This includes, but is not limited to, trash talking of his own, the egging-on of other participants in trash talk in which he, the moderator is not directly involved, and the posting of non-existent quotes in order to inflame those involved.

Hey the kid is trying - we'll cut him some slack. Like he said he can't get a date so this is all he has. :p

You really are a grumpy old windbag aren't you? Trying to pick on the kids that can't get any 'yum yum'.

Not everyone is as fortunate as you and get all kind of 'make up sex'.

I'm willing ot trade anyone on my team. ANYONE. I've gotten 2 or 3 offers for Stokely so far and there's 1 I am leaning too. We can discuss offers in PM or in here. -Pat

Trade Update...

JG, who feels he doesn't have enough injured Panthers, will be getting Muhsin Muhammad (WR) and DeShaun Foster (RB)...

BD, the homer that he is, will be getting Brian Westbrook (RB)

JG will release Marcus Robinson to clear up a roster space...

Vote on Yahoo or voice your votes here...

BD, you couldn't wait to make this trade AFTER I play Pork???

First neither Mushy nor Foster are hurt and secondly Pork pleaded with me to make the trade purely for the fact that he said if he can get one win, just ONE win this year and it is against you - than in his mind the season is a success.

Of course he said it would be a 'super' success if his ONE win came against PL, but I don't think I am supposed to tell anyone that. He also told me that he hopes the weekend that he plays PL that PL gets scolded again and forced into more makeup sex. Figure it would distract him but than said he doesn't believe the 3 minutes away from the computer will hurt him that much. :p

Actually I don't believe cuddle time was included. There was the 1 minute factor of getting from the computer office to the bedroom - double that for getting back for a total of 2 minutes. :p

The image I have is PL with his 'drawers' down around his ankles hoping back to the computer office when everything is over to make sure he didn't miss any updates.

JG, JG, JG.....what did we ever do to mske you trade so foolishly?

Smith may be back this week for Carolina. If not this week, next week. As soon as he's back, Foster will be lucky to gain 50 yards a week.

So basically you traded Westbrook for a guy who won't be playing much at RB, and Marcus Robinson for Muhammed.

I think the Wuss got the best of you here.

If I knew you were willing to take scrubeenies for Westbrook, I would have given you a better deal that BD did.

We know who proposed that trade. It certainly wasn't you.

I'm screwed this week. Both my RBs (Priest Holmes and Thomas Jones) have a bye week. So does WR Chad Johnson.

I need a RB. Send me offers.

---------------

My team has a big rivalry game this Friday. I can't wait!
