Tough loss, Pork. I looked to see who you had on your bench and had Plummer on a bye.

I updated the scores above.

Lost by 1 lousy point. What really kills me is, when Pennington went down I picked up Palmer. Then, before the weekend I didn't think Palmer would be any good -- and sure enough, his total was zero this weekend. I knew it was a tough matchup, but I didn't think Bledsoe would get a NEGATIVE score!! A zero from Palmer would've given me the Win!!

And, as usual, I'd've still beaten half our league with my total. Tough break.

Good job, BBQ Wings...

Oh yeah. Fucking Favre, if it wasn't for his 4 TD's, I would've won.

Grr.

Well, there's always next year.

So you do it, why? [/b][/quote]Good question. Wrestling is just something that I have always done in the winter. I'm pretty decent too. I'll be in the starting line-up this year at 152 lbs.

It's not fun because there is a lot of running (we run more than the track team). Also, I have to watch what I eat. Right now I'm at 163 lbs, so as soon as football is over, I'm on a diet. No big Thanksgiving meal for me.

Wow Turi!! Bet you were sweating that T.O. was gonna come through for me!!

No?

:p

Congrats on your win. You are still on top of me, you old brute. (kindly move your elbow?...)

I needed a live, breathing QB - didn't get one in time. I could make the normal excuses and cite the really BIG one - I AM MOVING SOON!!!!

I can't make the normal excuses here since in my other league -(I am downright giddy!)- I think I broke some kind of fantasy record this week, my lineup: Favre, Manning, Stokely, Mohammed, T.O., Deuce and Emmitt, Wiggins at TE, Wilkins and Detroit D. I know I should not be talking about my other league - but like I said I am giddy about this team this week! I will be an easy 2nd there now.

Here, I won't even make the playoffs. Hmmm, who wants T.O.? :p

Kidding. You know who you are.....

I have Brett Favare on one of my other fantasy teams, and thatnks to him, I may have won the game. I'm not entirely sure as my opponent had philly's defense left. And I still had the Cowboys Eddie George left.

And thanks to McNabb I may have won in yet another fantasy league. I was down by 25.89 points(weird scoring system set up by the commisioner) And Mcnabb had a damn good night 345 yards, 4 TD's. As for him having a good night for RB, oh well I had already lost that game, so no big deal.

Signature update.

I want to hear a little trade talk before the deadline. I got some great QB's putting up big numbers and a good defense in Chicago.

Unlucky Buffy, I actually thought I was sure to lose this when I woke this morning and saw 3 td's by Owens.

Oh and what's that I hear? Some English guy playing for a play-off place? Oh I say old chap, jolly good show.

I'll have to think about that trade, Douche. Mushy is the only decent WR I have (and after last week, the best non-QB offensive player I have). Faulk is a big name, but hardly a big season -- and it's not a strong match-up for him this week. And Gaffney, well, Gaffney...

Just as a Reminder

For those who are considering trade proposals or considering to offer a trade, it would be a good idea to have those trades offered and accepted by the end of day today, or at the latest, early morning tomorrow.

The reason for this is because once you add in:

- 48 hours of "Pending" time
- Up to 24 hours of "Processing" time Yahoo gives itself after the two days of Pending time

... we are quickly bumping up against the noon game on Sunday.

I don't really know how this bumps up against the November 19th deadline because little detail is given on that date.

Weren't Faulk's adopted twin sisters on Austin Powers? What was it, Fook Me and Fook Yu?

Douche - I may regret it, but the last wuss who gave up Mushy got burned. He's done me well, so perhaps you may wanna pawn "dis Faulking guy" elsewhere...

Besides, it's a little fishy Last trading with First, eh? Also, I want to beat Pat and don't think I can Destroy DJ without a decent WR! Buff, I'll need your help this week... don't let PP go 4-7!

(saluting) Aye aye, Sir!!!

However, I am going out of state for a week on Saturday. Not sure where I will wake up on Sunday morning! So many of my P and Q guys are game time decisions. Perhaps if I don't agonize over my picks 10 minutes to game time, I will fare better than usual!!

Good luck Pork, you know it is everyone's secret wish to see you be a true 4-12 FOUR SKIN!!!

Week 11 Analysis

DB vs. SP - DB has tough matchups this week and hopes that all of Peyton's TD passes is to Dallas Clark. SP hopes Peyton continues on his torrid pace.

My prediction: DB in a squeaker.

PL vs. BD - Plaw is hoping that Emmitt helps him for a playoff run. Must get past BD first to make the playoffs. BD has been mysteriously quiet this week - he talked more trash when Plaw was facing Buffy.

My prediction: Too many injuries for PL although he does have some good matchups. BD in a squeaker.

RB vs. FC - FC is trying to stop his losing streak. RB wants to clinch a playoff spot.

My prediction: RB has better matchups. RB wins.

TU vs. IM - Turi is trying to make it three in a row. Not unlike the Vikes, IM has been really hurt by Moss's injury.

My prediction: TU

PP vs. LD - Buffy is weak at RB while Pat is weak at WR. Good QB matchups for both.

My prediction: Buffy

JG vs. DJ - This will be the matchup of the day, I think. I predict that it will be very high scoring.

My prediction: DJ in a squeaker.

No - not quiet just have some things outside cyberspace that I am dealing with this week. But while I have a minute I have noticed PL has been quiet - the Big Wuss that he is. As you know I always try to do some research on my opponents, you know learn their weaknesses etc. So as I was searching Google for information on PLaw - look at what I found - I don't believe the formal issue has been released yet, hopefully I am not spoiling a surprise ...

I can only hope that inside there are more pictures of Floppsie and Mopsie ....

And although I don't like my matchups this week - I am booting PL out of the playoff hunt this week. :p

I was quite shocked when People informed me that I had won, even though I felt that I deserved the honor.

Apparently Flopsie & Mopsie were stuffing the ballot box.
