I've seen the following Marciano fights from start to finish: Rex Layne, Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, Harry Matthews, Joe Walcott I, Joe Walcott II, Ezzard Charles II, Roland Lastarza II, Dan Cocknell, Carmine Vingo, and Joe Louis.

I've seen bits and clips of other fights, too. But I think I've seen enough of Marciano fights to know what kind of a boxer he is.

I think Marciano is the greatest, after I've sen many of his fights. Before I saw one of his fights, I didn't think that. It's irrelevant when I see it; I look at a fight and I see the same thing they saw back then. If I wasn't impressed, then I'd be saying someone else was the greatest.

Just about everyone agrees with you except SSA. However, we're not going to change his mind and hes not going to change ours so i dont see the point of saying the same things over and over again.

I guess. I'd like to see someone counter what I wrote about how a Marciano vs Ali fight would play out. That's not saying just repeat what you would think would happen, but actually talk reality and counter what I said.

Lets think about this for a second. If the someone thinks Ali was the best fighter, then how do you think they believe the fight will play out? If someone thinks Marciano was the better fighter, then how do you think they believe the fight will turn out? We've already been arguin about who the better fighter is so we already are basically arguing about who would win in a fight. You're arguing about the same thing, you're just asking about it in a different way.

But we're not talking reality, we're talking hypotheticals.

I'd pay money to see that fight. No more arguing from me. Merry Xmas!
