Looking through the deleted scenes on the bonus disc I'm amazed to see what FFC didn't think was important enough to include in the movie. Some of the coolest scenes have been left out. Why on earth was the scene of the dying Genco not in the movie??? Or Sonny receiving the news of Vito being gunned down??
Also, in the section about Coppolas notebook for making the movie, it is stated as one of the possible pitfalls in depicting Fabrizio's betrail, that his desire to go to the US is not clear enough. Yet the scene where Fabrizio begs Michael to take him to America and he sings Star Spangled Banner is cut out!
Anyway, which of the deleted scenes do you think should not have been cut out?
