I don't see how you handle all of that! You'll be my role model whenever I'm feeling stressed out with my schedule! I took my driving lessons last summer, so that helped - I'd like to get a part time job, but I probably need to time it according to my Band schedule. Hmm..what I want to do after school? I've changed so many times through the years, and most recently, it's been a psychologist. I know it'd surely be a lot of schooling, but I've always taken an interest in "mind stuff," dealing with people's emotions and personalities. However, lately, I've been considering some kind of job as a sports analyst/writer/reporter, preferably for baseball, just because I love the sport so much and it'd give me a chance to have my job focus on something I truly enjoy. And you? I think I might finally become a football fan, now. I was able to go to the Texans game tonight, and it was really amazing. I know almost nothing about the sport, so I felt like an idiot, but I learned some, and it was really fun to watch. It'd certainly keep me busy during the baseball offseason! And, no matter how much I know about football, there's always David Carr to keep me entertained. I never really thought he was that cute before, but now...I've seen the light. Whew.

And you? A phycologist, that would be a very interesting job, I don't think I would be that good at it however!! There is a couple of my friends from school interested in going down that path also. I always fancied doing some sort of journalism, editor type work but I am really not sure at the moment, for a spell I was set on going down the line of a Personal Assistant/Secretary but after my work experience in that line of work I found it very boring!! I am going to just take some time and look through all the University courses that appeal to me and apply for a few and at the end of the year it leaves me with a few options. I would happily watch this hottie chase a ball around! I used to watch American Football when it was shown over here but recently there has been no footage of it

I do think it's best to just consider all options, and it's good you've already gotten experience in one field and realized it might not be what you want to do, because it helps the decision. I'm excited about going out into the "real world," but there are so many huge changes to go through! I hope you get your football back. Really though, that picture doesn't do him justice. His hair, now, is longer, so dark, and oh, it's gorgeous! Zia, I think his hair could be Manu-worthy when it's sweaty! *sigh* Definitely a good reason to watch. But I really did enjoy the game - just about the only football I've ever watched is my high school's, but this could be my turning point.

I don't understand football hardly at all, either, but I'm learning. My mom knows a lot about it, so she was helping me. No, not college football. It was a Houston Texans game, part of the NFL! I got great tickets, only because my uncle got them from his company, and it was so cool to see a game close-up. I was drooling over David Carr everytime he went by. I'd always heard girls talk about him, and he was supposed to be the cutie of the team, but everytime I saw a picture, I didn't think much of him. He's definitely attractive, no matter what, but I never really got into him. But seeing him live, in that tight football uniform and with that dark hair...that did it. Here's a better picture: With baseball being my true love, I'll always go for a man in a baseball uniform, but guys in football gear sure come a close second! Wowee! By the way, Zia, I'm not sure how much I talked about him before you left, but as you can now see, Willy Taveras is my number one hottie. All us gals got our man's pictures for our avatars, and I chose Willy, so maybe you'd like to consider someone for yours? All the fantasy gamers make fun of "my willy," because of the obvious joke possibilities, but I'm crazy about him.

David Beckham is hot! He plays for Real Madrid in the Spanish Soccer league and is also the captain of the England football team.

That last soccer player you posted looks really cute, Zia! And that is so sweet about Manu! Aww! It's funny you say that, because I was just considering scanning a baseball magazine I just got today, with A-Rod on the cover. Oh, somewhat of a ladies' thread milestone for me: I had my first dream in which Willy Taveras appeared this past Friday night...no, nothing dirty, but I hadn't ever had a dream involving him, before! In the dream, I saw him and several other Astro players getting out of a vehicle in a parking lot, and I happened to have my camera with me, so I ran over to get my picture taken with Willy. I got the picture taken, but afterward, I couldn't seem to view it on the camera, which made me sad. And it seemed like Willy was frustrated with me wanting to take a picture in the first place, which I couldn't imagine him getting upset about...I know he's a sweetie!

Well, after the beating they took last night against Chicago. Commenting on last night's game, the sports writer for my local paper had the following to say: Randy Johnson pitched a seven inning shutout yesterday. Unfortunately, those innings were 1-3 and 5-8. Inning four went something like this: home run, home run, single, single, home run.
It truly was a disaster. I didn't get to watch tonight's game because I got swept up in the West Wing marathon on Bravo. Rob Lowe is soooo cute, as is Bradley Whitford.

SB, Alex is making sort of a funny face in the picture, but he's definitely working the backside, if you know what I mean. Congrats to your boys, and congrats to Zia, because that must've been quite a few points! I've got to stay up late tonight - my boys just started about thirty minutes ago! But sleep is worth sacrificing. By the way, I brought this up in the fantasy thread, but it's much more worthy of being discussed here, in the real fantasy thread. How 'bout a fantasy lineup? As in, each position player must fit our fantasies? My rough draft: C - Brad Ausmus, Ivan Rodriguez, Jorge Posada 1B - I think Pujols and Lee are both attractive, so I'll put 'em together... 2B - Jeff Kent, Craig Biggio SS - Derek Jeter, Felipe Lopez 3B - A-Rod, Eric Chavez LF - Miguel Cabrera, Coco Crisp CF - Willy Taveras, Corey Patterson, Ken Griffey Jr. RF - Shawn Green Pitchers - Andy Pettitte, Mike Mussina, Ian Snell, Huston Street, Brad Lidge More to add, I'm sure!

No Tino Martinez at 1st base? Here's a picture of him with Jeter. He's definitely wears his Yankee uniform well!! Also, you need to take a peek at John Flaherty as catcher, and what about Mike Piazza?
