Like it has already been said, there is an italian version, called (like the original book) "Il padrino".

Unfortunately, they dubbed even the sicilian dialogues into regular italian with just a few sicilian expressions here and there, as no "northern" italian would have understood anything (that's why northern italians call sicilians "africans"...! ).

Besides that, it's a good dubbed version, IMHO. The dubbed voices match the originals very well.
