I'm confused. I haven't looked at this week yet, but why do you have to drop him?
I'm ASSuming JG's interpretation is correct.
Even if he's not playing this week, you can still keep him at his lower value and use him in a week when he is.
Or am I misunderstanding something here?
Maybe I'll go have a look right now.....

Duh...I dunno....
The guy on my bench is playing this week, and the only option I have is to drop him.
I have no idea what to do if I want to use him this week.
My other players have a button to "edit" which I would presumably use to dump one of them and add someone else.
My bench guy only has a button to "drop" him
My other players also also have a button to "bench" them.
I ASSume, though, that if I "bench" one of them that will knock the guy off my bench who is currently there.
I'm gonna look at the games message board and see if anyone else is asking. If not, maybe I'll ask myself.

You have to click on one of the guys to replace him. That part is obvious. I'm just not sure about moving the benched guy to the active roster at the lower purchased price... but I'm sure that'll be evident the first time I try it. I actually probably fucked up the first week, putting a guy on the bench that didn't even play -- I should've known his value wouldn't change, so why bother benching him to hold that value? No reason. Ooops, perhaps I'm giving too much away there.....

Plaw's question was answered on the msg board: Basically, if you click "bench" on an active player, the current benched guy will swap positions with the active guy.
I can see some strategy issues with that type of move, so those I won't share. :p
As for the order of players, no, that makes no difference.

DC, you gotta be careful making sure players are actually playing (check the field). As for you guys who made no changes to your rosters: Did you just forget or what? You can activate weekly email reminders if you did.
