PG 350 840 1190 Duke over UConn
I still didn't do the math here or work out any of the certainly thousands of different scenarios, so I'm just guessing here.

But I'm still gonna say that....

If UConn beats Duke in the finals, the only one who can beat RB is DB, depending on how other games turn out.

I doubt if anyone else who has UConn over Duke has enough different picks to make up the points that they're already behind.

Anyone else who doesn't have UConn over Duke in the finals and nails all of the Final Four teams and gets the results right will probably win the whole thing, with the exception of MC and PG, who, if Duke beats UConn in the finals, will probably have their result determined by what happens in the other games.
