Said something about the way he uses his macros and pivot tables really gets her going. :p She said he formats like no other. So at least this fantasy game has some more action than the Fantasy Basketball one - I only see PL posting there. Looks like your playing with yourself in that one ? Not that there's anything wrong with that .... At least it is not as bad as the fantasy hockey game thread - there is like zero activity in that one. And I see the DB is back in the game - no surprise, once a few 'chickies' got in the game you knew DB would not be far behind. He didn't get the nickname Chick Sandwich for nothing ... And speaking of DB - how are things in the Windy City ? Hope all is going well with the upcoming wedding and planning around that. Although it is early - PL and I still have not received our invitations yet but we are both planning on attending. As I mentioned in a previous thread - we are both looking forward to seeing you and your beautiful wife to be - begin your joyous journey through the rest of you lives together as both man and wife - but we also are looking forward to the reception where we plan to score some action. I understand PL is eyeing up Lezbo, you know that thing he has for 'young stuff'. Gina is probably too young for him - although I would imagine in her band outfit Pork will not be far behind. :p But I am doing fine - thanks for asking  Very busy but like to check in when I can and add my ever mature and deep thought provoking words of wisdom. Hope everyone is behaving .... so until next time As you were Peeps ....

Yo yo Big Daddy Wuss Or is it Big Daddy Wuss, yo-yo? I forget. Yeah, not much posting in the Yahoo Basketball thread. That game's been over since early December, and with one guy in the game who never posts, one who's not even a member, one guy who gave up penis talk for Lent, another who is pleading "guilty, busy with 'wedding plans' " and JG and myself, there doesn't figure to be too much useless chit-chat. Speaking of weddings, you didn't get your invitation yet? I was told by a certain party who must remain nameless that there was gonna be one "Gangster BB" table at the wedding, and the tables hold only 8 people, so there were some tough decisions that had to be made and, unfortunate as it was, some folks who really deserved to go didn't make the cut. Rumor has it, though, that a certain member from upstate New York might be coming south to tie the not with a certain member from down here and - despite the age difference - legalize their mutual admiration society. I know the guest list for that one figures to be pretty short and exclusive - I don't even expect to be on it myself - (can you imagine - ME, of all people, left off?) so maybe they'll be room for you at that gala event. ( Disco-o-o.....that's where the happy people go....) Well, gotta go now. Almost 1:00 AM and you know what happens at 1:00. Then I gotta do some tweaking.

BD better not be knockin' the band camp grrls!! :p Hey SC & DC - I drove thru your neighborhoods earlier today, for a meeting in Long Island. Figured you guys would be working or sleeping.... passed thru Staten Island & Coney Island, and beyond, just past JFK. 1.5 hrs each way for a 40 min meeting. SC - Where are you in relation to JFK? I haven't driven out that way in over 10 years probably, and didn't realize how easy it was... tho Belt Pkwy / Southern State is a nervous nightmare, it's not as bad as I remembered!
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

My sleeping schedule has been a bit irregular lately - some nights I'm up anyway, tweaking or peeing notwithstanding. Yeah, why are you....
What he said.
Not that we're the big experts here or anything, but you gotta figure that if JL, DB, and I all take the guy it's automatically nothing to laugh it.

10 Things I Think I Think (ala Peter King) 1 - I would like to say a "Hi, Hello, and How are ya?" to my pal BDD . Where you been, man? Your invite got lost in the mail? Are you the Vince Vaughn or the Owen Wilson? If I had to guess, you're the Vince Vaughn since Plaw is generally known as the sensitive one. 2 - Despite the difficulty of having my fiancee halfway across the country, the wedding plans are slowing down and going swimmingly. As I ponder a "GBB Table", there are a lot of things to consider. I'm sure BDD will agree with me on the following considerations. 3 - Plaw - Has a thing for hot young stuff. Gotta have Flopsie and Mopsie for entertainment. Insists that the party must last at least until pee break #1. 4 - Gina - Asking if she can bring a Willy and a laptop to the wedding. Gina: "Hey Willy, whatever you do, don't pick yourself for my centerfield spot. You know how you don't do well against righties at Wrigley. Besides, the wind is blowing in that day." 5 - Bethie - Is usually up for a party, but Bethie will only go if San Diego is playing Chicago that weekend. 6 - SC - Wants to sing a duet with Zia. SC: I know it's late. I know you're weary. Zia: I know your plans... Don't include meeeeeee. SC and Zia: Still here we are... Both of us lonely... Let's make it last babe. Why.. don't.. you.. stay?... Plaw is very jealous. 7 - DC - Wants to come only if I have tigers at the reception. 8 - TM - Will say he's coming, but will only show up for parts of the ceremony and reception. 9 - JL - Usually hates weddings, but he's sure he can kick PL's and JG's butts at "ESPN Fantasy Wedding". JL: "Darnit, I would have gotten an extra 50 points if Gina caught the bouquet, but how about my JG pick for catching the garter. Only I could have picked that! Now if they just play "All the Way" for a first dance, I should have this game locked up." 10 - Zia - She was really looking forward to going, but spent her plane ticket money after she bought 8 pairs of shoes to go with the dresses she might wear to the wedding. :p Luckily, Zia can give extra tennis lessons and should be able to fly in! She's very much looking forward to her duet with SC. Extra Thought: 11 - JG - Must have band camp girls playing at the reception. Flute section a must. Wants opportunity to use his favorite pickup line, "Hey Baby, I'll give you an offer you can't refuse!"... or his new one "I'll soon be animated in the new Scarface game. Want to play with the real thing?" :p

I knew I joined this game for a reason. It sure wasn't to play, that's for sure. Can't wait for the other installments of Ten (+ an extra few) Things I Think. Btw, where do you come up with these songs?! "We've Got Tonight," "Endless Love"... :p Timeless classics, yes-- but really. Really?

yo YO - DB is in the Da House. Yes we all know how sensitive PL can be and jealous also. If SC gets to sing with Lezbo, PL will have a fit. We'll have our own male catfight going on. PL - don't let the Lezbo age thing nor her comments about her dopey boyfriend scare you off. I've seen it a thousand times - he is simply a placeholder for her at this point in her life. Once she gets a view of the aire and sophistication that you bring to the table - she will melt - just like 'budder'. SC though - he could present more a challenge to you, I suggest you take him to a baseball game earlier in the day, after spending time in the ER he will be less of a threat to you. So DB - you mention the wife to be is half way across the country, what area and is it full time ? In the meantime I'll continue to look for my invitation As you were Peeps ...

She can't catch at a day wedding after a night wedding.

Oh sorry, DMC... I was, so far, only considering people who were playing in the game! :p Thought #12... DMC - Wants to come, but wants to sit at Gina's and Willy's table, which has Gina's computer, so he has direct access to what he calls his "jollies" - whatever that means. :p

I know this is going completely against the rules that Zia and I set up, but I actually have something to mention that has to do with fantasy baseball... The daily scores/totals spreadsheet has been a hit at school, as it's started trash talk and heated discussions in every class when the players get to check their numbers. It's amazing how the spirit of the game changes when "points" are involved - I would've never gained this much interest, otherwise. Despite many players having DNPs, going over the cap, and guessing on their lineup with no research, some of them are proving to really have some "fantasy skills," and they're making good competition - which is a huge embarassment, considering none of them have played before.
