Something happened yesterday which has probably happened in the past, but it's certainly a rare occurance when it does happen, and if it ever did happen before in the four years we've been playing, I don't think anyone noticed it.

Anyone?

A losing PS scored more points than the winning PS. (SD vs ATL)

I was warm. I knew it had something to do with SD having 18 k's and only 5 hits and not getting the win, but I didn't link it to Atlanta scoring less. It was easier then I was trying to make it out to be.

Thanks. It had me all screwed up this morning when I checked my score, and ASSumed the Mets picked up a game on the Braves.

Did any of you guys see Carpenter not listed as the SP for StL today?

He didn't start, and I see him listed now as DTD with "back tightness".

I'm all set to go to a Lastros/Scrubs game this summer, thanks to some free tickets my school gave for Honor Roll - I'll save the trash talk for closer to the time, but I just thought I'd let you know.

I know SB checked in with you recently, but are the wedding plans still going well?

Weird. This morning when I went into the website to pick my team for Friday, I was able to change several positions without any problem. That is until I tried to change my second baseman. Every time I clicked on the "2B" to see the players from the other teams, the site would not display them and only the word "NULL" would be displayed?

I remember going to West Oaks mall in Houston as a kid and getting 6 free arcade tokens for every A on my report card. Being a nerd, I always cleaned up. Ahhh, the good old days...

Wedding plans have really slowed down. Just a few more things to do and we're all set.

So should I put you guys down for chicken or fish? :p

Nerds are cool, CS. Be proud. Though I'm sure you already are. :p

(Wait a minute...who am I to talk?! )

Being a chick, who was once part of a famous chick sandwich, I'd have to request chicken.

Your fiancee's name is Kim, right? I wanted to ask if she follows baseball, and if so, who her team of choice is...will there be a friendly rivalry between you two?

KC 7, Detroit 5, bottom of the 5th.

Detroit PS is -20.

If they pitch a perfect 5th thru the 9th and get the win, they'd be at exactly zero, plus strikeouts.

Maybe you could (attempt to) jinx me, then - I need all the help I can get.

But I still say we hack into Plaw's account - it's the only way.
