First of all, I never said that someone should be allowed to go over the cap without there being a penalty.

What I did say was that since we all play the same way - since all serious players play the same way - we pick a PS staff first and then pick the rest of the team around it, if you are over the cap one day it's not because of your PS - it's because you picked someone, accidentally or inadvertently, who was too expensive and who put you over the cap.

So what I suggested was, your PS points should still count, because they would have been the same whether you were over the cap or not.

Second of all, technically speaking, I wouldn't go so far as to call the 3:00 AM deadline for picking your team a "flaw" in the game.

I'm sure ESPN has it set up that way intentionally, for whatever the reason.
