Maybe you'll get lucky. He's still listed "day to day".

Yeah... 11 points in this game... salvaged my BOS PS (19 pts in Game 1)...
BUT!! my RP Otsucka in the draft game served it up to him (-22).

Anybody notice that JG has a real talent for incorporating/altering player names into forms of speech?

For example...
- ... get Milledge out of him...
- ... Foulke me...
- ... Otsucka...

If there was a professional league for this, you'd be the #1 draft pick.

You get so emotional over this game, JG.

Sheesh.....

It's only a game, for chrissakes.

Have fun, enjoy yourself, don't get so upset when things don't go your way.

I mean, it's not like we're playing for money here or anything.....

How does JL move up in the standings when he scored the same number of points as TM?

I was ahead of him the day before, but was incorrectly listed below him.

Hmmmm... I thought there were no clear cut choices yesterday for PS, but the majority went with LA (Dodgers).

I thought Weaver, who's been unhittable since being called up, and pitching against the Royals, was a fairly easy choice.

Which LA? :p

I have LAD Penny, who I thought was a good choice until I read "Dodgers ace Penny does not have much success vs. Padres"

Or did you mean LAA Escobar vs the lowly Royals?

[WhineAlert] I had Arroyo yesterday, who fucked me over completely - and today look at how Cincy (and Milwaukee) are doing, 0-0 going into the 9th!! [/WhineAlert]

Oh. Yeah, today was tougher. I took Willis because the Braves are just plain terrible right now.

As opposed to the Marlins? Wow, they must be really bad!

Hmm, let's see... Willis had a complete game @ATL last month, giving up only 2 ERs, just 5 days after being rocked at home by ATL giving up 7 ERs in 2.2 innings.

Which Willis will show up? The 2.44 ERA AWAY Willis, or the 8.54 ERA HOME Willis? :p

Extra innings and a walk-off hit... I'm surprised Plaw didn't pick them for today.

[/b][/quote]Look at their records for the month of June. At least the Marlins are on a winning streak, while the Braves are in a complete tailspin.

Willis has been pretty solid his last 5 starts.

Altho the Marlins have lost 3 of the 5, they've won his last 2, and over the 5 games Willis has an E.R.A. of 2.08 in 39 IPs.
